RM1 is the Town of Oakville's Residential Medium (RM1) zone under Zoning By-law 2014-014. It applies to 396 zone polygons covering about 307 hectares, mostly in West Oak Trails, Bronte, Glen Abbey. 210 of them carry a special provision and 5 carry a holding symbol.
