Downtown Oakville Heritage Conservation District

The Downtown Oakville Heritage Conservation District covers 89 properties on the Town of Oakville's heritage register, designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act by By-law 2013-004 in 2013; 28 of them are also designated individually.

In effect since 9 March 2013: the commercial core roughly from just west of Navy Street to Dunn Street, and from just north of Randall Street to the south side of Lakeshore Road East.

What an owner may change is set by the district plan and guidelines, which the Town applies through heritage permits.
