History

Originally one storey, built by William Cantley, retired bank director and trustee to the Halton County Grammar School. Purchased by Percy A. Bath family in 1905 and named "Belair Farms". Bath was an original member of the Saint Jude’s Advisory Board, active in the Trafalgar Agricultural Society, Boy Scout Council and Oakville Club and as Clerk Treasurer of the Town of Oakville. The property remained in the Bath family until 1949.

Heritage attributes

2 storey Georgian brick home. Significant features include quoins, lintels, brick wash treatment of the exterior and two identical north and south six panel entrance doors.
