RL8-0 · Residential Low (RL8-0)
RL8-0 is the Town of Oakville's Residential Low (RL8-0) zone under Zoning By-law 2014-014. It applies to 5 zone polygons covering about 4 hectares, mostly in Bronte, College Park. The rules for the zone are in the by-law's Residential zones (Part 6).

The permitted uses, setbacks, lot coverage and heights for RL8-0 are set out in Residential zones (Part 6) of Zoning By-law 2014-014. OakvilleIQ does not paraphrase them: a site-specific special provision, a holding symbol or a later amendment can change what applies to one lot, and only the Town’s zoning certificate is binding.
