What is proposed
On 3275 Trafalgar Road, two towers adjacent to Trafalgar Road are proposed, with heights of 27 and 30 storeys on a 6 storey podium. A 3 storey townhouse block is proposed on the east side of the William Colston extension. Two 14 storey building are further proposed on the eastern portion of this property. On 3301 Trafalgar Road, two towers adjacent to Trafalgar Road are proposed, with heights of 28 and 33 storeys on a 6 storey podium. A new place of worship is intended to be located to the east of the redeveloped PSW. Two 15 storey buildings are further proposed on the eastern portion of this property, as well as a 12 storey building.
