The Subject Lands are proposed to be developed in three phases as part of an overall plan for the site. Phases 1 and 2 comprise the ‘Interim Site Plan’, while the addition of Phase 3 comprises the ‘Ultimate Site Plan’. The Interim Site Plan proposes three mid-rise residential buildings. Buildings A and B having a height of 8 storeys, and Building C having a height of 9 storeys.
