Georges Square

Everything above comes from four Town of Oakville open-data layers. The parks layer gives the name, the classification and the outline, from which the area is computed; the ward boundaries and the Official Plan community outlines give the ward and community by the point at the park’s centre; the Town boundary gives the lakeshore reading; and the facilities layer gives every named facility whose point falls inside the outline. The Town also keeps a fuller parks inventory (court counts, playground ages, washroom seasons) that is public but not in its open-data catalogue, so it is not used here.
