What the zone permits
The permitted uses, setbacks, lot coverage and heights for GE are set out in Employment zone regulations of Zoning By-law 2009-189. OakvilleIQ does not paraphrase them: a site-specific special provision, a holding symbol or a later amendment can change what applies to one lot, and only the Town’s zoning certificate is binding. Zoning By-law 2009-189 governs North Oakville only; the same code south of Dundas Street, where one exists, is a different zone under By-law 2014-014.
