93 Second St, Oakville, built 1860; 1950, is in the First and Second Street Heritage Conservation District, designated under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act.
History
Original Georgian structure built in 1860s is now used as the rear portion of the house. A Tudor Revival addition was constructed in the mid-20th century.
Heritage attributes
The original Georgian house had a symmetrical façade. Modern addition is eclectic and rough cast with Tudor Revival wood battens and stucco.

Inside a heritage conservation district designated under Part V. The district plan governs exterior changes visible from the street; the building itself is not individually designated.
