What is proposed

Proposing to develop the site with residential, mixed use (residential/commercial/employment), institutional and open space uses. The draft plan of subdivision will facilitate the development of 28 single detached units, 4 medium density residential blocks (will be developed with a mix of rear lane, back-to-backs and traditional townhouses), 2 high density residential blocks (with approximately 2000 units) 6 mixed use blocks (with approximately 3600 units and grade related commercial, retail and office uses fronting Bronte Road and Old Bronte, on transit terminal block, on 2.25 hectare park, part of a village square, NHS blocks, open space blocks, all connected via a series of public roads. Block 32 will also function as a temporary SWM pond. Block 35 is proposed to contain a community centre and library within its podium.
